Jingmian Gong is a composer, holding an MFA in Composition and Theory from Brandeis University and a BM from Boston Conservatory at Berklee. Currently pursuing a PhD in Music Composition and Theory at Brandeis University, her recent compositions have been performed by prestigious ensembles such as Ensemble Dal Niente, Lydian String Quartet, and Hub New Music.

Jingmian has received commissions from institutions including Lingnan Normal University choir and South Central University for Nationalities in China, as well as Boston-based performers. She has also collaborated with visual artists on experimental films.
